As Founder, Neel envisions a world where innovation is driven by strong global partnerships—an idea that led to the creation of Electrify Services.

Neel Shah is the Founder and Technical Director at Electrify Services, leading the electronics division and driving the development of intelligent embedded and connected products. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. from the University of North Carolina, and brings over 15 years of global experience in power electronics, embedded systems, and product engineering.

Prior to founding Electrify, Neel worked with Yaskawa - Solectria Solar and Celera Motion in Boston, contributing to advanced energy and motion control systems.

He specializes in PCB design and layout, embedded firmware, system architecture, and integrated hardware–software development, with hands-on expertise across microcontroller platforms, real-time systems (RTOS), and high-performance electronic design. His work also extends to IoT-enabled systems, cloud-integrated solutions, and AI-driven embedded applications.

Neel holds a patent for a PCB-embedded inductor for high-frequency applications. At Electrify, he leads end-to-end product engineering—from concept and architecture to prototyping, validation, and manufacturing—delivering scalable, production-ready intelligent systems for global clients.

As a cofounder, Jinay Shah leads global business operations, sales, marketing, and organizational strategy. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an M.S. in Industrial Management from the University of North Carolina, and brings over 15 years of global experience across startups and established organizations.

Jinay has previously worked with global companies such as Magic Leap (Florida, USA), gaining international exposure in operations, manufacturing, and business transformation.

At Electrify, he drives growth, client partnerships, and execution across cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless delivery from business development to project execution. His expertise spans operational excellence, quality systems, and scaling engineering organizations, with a strong focus on aligning technology capabilities with business outcomes.

He is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, applying structured problem-solving and process optimization to improve efficiency and deliver measurable results.
